As a Cupcakes Store Manager you will lead the team in consistently providing a high level of customer service through prompt service, focus on each customer's individual needs, quality products and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.

The Store Supervisor will develop their management skills by leading a team and executing store operations. Successful candidates will join the Cupcakes Training Program.

You will be responsible for ensuring the team upholds the 'Icing on the cake' standards and will be a part of a company that's mission is to celebrate every day, "because every day is a celebration".

  • demonstrates integrity and honesty that promote Cupcakes culture, values, and mission
  • manages all front of house staff (hiring and firing, scheduling, performance reviews, orientations, daily huddles etc.)
  • models and delivers superior customer service and quality products and supervises team to ensure they are delivering same standards
  • contributes to a positive team environment
  • develops positive relationships with team, understands and address individual motivation, needs and concerns
  • manages phone/email orders and customer inquiries
  • manages retail supplies
  • develops and manages retail budgets and targets
  • communicates and coordinate directly with Bakery Manager
  • engages in conversation to understand customer and store needs
  • follows Cupcakes operational policies and procedures
  • maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
  • follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products

criteria:

  • customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
  • experience in a retail management role (2-3 years)
  • committed to leading the team in superior customer service
  • experience in analyzing financial reports
  • passionate about developing themselves and their teams
  • demonstrates self-motivation, enthusiasm and is goal oriented
  • demonstrates effective oral communication and interpersonal skills
  • demonstrates strong operational and leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor
  • demonstrates a keen attention to detail, organization and planning skills
